Physical Fusion Dance Platform

January 25 2012

PhysicŠsion Dance Event Poster

As part of our 30th Birthday Celebrations, Valley and Vale Community Arts is hosting a fun-filled evening of dance performances on February 12th 2012, in partnership with the Grand Pavilion Theatre and supported by The Arts Council of Wales and Bridgend County Borough Council’s Arts and Community Development department.

Dance and Dance-Theatre have always been an important element of our work at Valley and Vale, offering a creative and physical activity which “helps encourage self-expression, communication, teamwork, creativity, imagination and an overall zest for life” (‘Our Schools’ Magazine, Dorset).

The Physical Fusion Dance Platform will be a time for local youth groups of South Wales and professional dance groups to showcase their talent. The night will be an important one to remember for 2012! Even the audience will get a chance to dance whilst Samba Galez finish the evening off with live music for all to groove to.

Book tickets now from the Grand Pavilion Box Office in Porthcawl on 01656 815995 – tickets cost £4 (£3 concessions).
