I am 56 years old and my present role is as club leader/development worker. For the last 23 years I’ve been working mainly in the field of substance misuse, firstly as an outreach worker and then as a qualified drug/ alcohol counsellor and lately as the Substance Misuse Training & Prevention Manager for Bridgend, Communities Against Drugs.  My main field of expertise is working with disaffected young people (problem kids).  I am reasonable, honest and hardworking and believe in the ability of everyone to achieve.  I also believe that you cannot protect innocence by promoting ignorance.
