“I was born and grew up in Betws which is where Valley and Vale is based. I have a great passion for the place. I first started work at Valley and Vale in 2000 as Administrator and felt like I had found my vocation. However, I left in 2002 to live in Galway, Ireland and returned to Wales a few years ago. Since my return to Wales, I have worked for BBC Wales as a Community Researcher, Women’s Arts Association in Cardiff and most recently to Valley and Vale in 2007.
I am becoming more involved with facilitating Digital Storytelling workshops for local people, it’s great, and I look forward to doing more of this in the future.”
