I have worked as an experienced nurse for over 40 years, and have a degree in Psychology. I became involved with Valley and Vale on States of Mind video project about Mental Health. Since then I’ve enjoyed working as a volunteer.

I adore and support the work of Valley and Vale and hope to help develop their Community Arts and Mental Health this year.
