We have been working with European partners and people for over 20 years, making links with Brussels, France, Germany, Romania and many more countries.

Most recently we have been working as partners in the OPENCities project, a British Council initiative exploring how immigration can significantly contribute to city success. We have been working in Cardiff with young people, using creativity to explore and share what the city and these themes mean to them, creating a DVD that has been part of the European OPENCities touring exhibition that is travelling to Bilbao, Bucharest, Belfast, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Madrid, Nitra, Sofia, Poznan and Vienna.

Tracing the links between new migrant population (first and second generation) and other drivers of success within cities, OPENCities is producing a portfolio of best practice case studies, indexes of cities' openness and a set of guidelines for city policies. These will allow cities to build upon the potential of these new populations and to facilitate integration.

September 2nd, 2011 Dance Development French Trip French Dance Development Trip Blog I recently took a two week trip to France with two friends to train with Capoeira group Ginga Nago. The members of this group make an annual event to meet and train together for a week at a destination of their choice.

I teach dance but in the last few months I realized that when you do dance classes in a very poor district, where youth have so many problems, dance is just small part of kid's needs."
