Delivery

UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Delivery Options

Each standard online order is charged at a rate of £3 for the first item plus £1 per each additional item. We deliver via Royal Mail First Class Post.  We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, but it may take longer at busy times.  Our web dispatch team do not work on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays; this means we do not ship on these days.

Free Delivery: 
if your order value exceeds £50, online orders are delivered free of charge via Royal Mail First Class Post.  We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, but it may take longer at busy times.  Our web dispatch team do not work on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays; this means we do not ship on these days.

Telephone orders: There is a £3.00 plus £1 per additional item delivery charge for each order processed by telephone.  If you need assistance placing your order by telephone please phone  Customer Services on the following number (open 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) +44 (0)1656 729246. Our operators are properly trained and will be able to assist you in your choices. This service is subject to standard rate call charges.

Deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Overseas Orders

Europe and Southern Ireland.

Major cities in Europe should allow at least 7 days extra for delivery once the order has been processed and confirmed as shipped.  We have a delivery charge per transaction of £7.50 for the first item plus £1.25 per each additional item, to Southern Ireland and  all other European destinations.  Our Royal Mail Special Delivery methods allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you and we will always require a signature on arrival.  Our charges to you cover all postage, packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying.

International

All international destinations including the USA & Canada can expect deliveries to take at least 7 days once the order has been processed and confirmed as shipped.  We have a delivery charge per transaction of £10 for the first item plus £1.50 per each additional item to all International destinations.  Special Delivery methods allow full trace of your shipment from dispatch until delivered and signed for by you and we will always require a signature on arrival.  Our charges to you cover all postage, packing and insurance up to the value of the goods you are buying. Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery dates as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

Please appreciate that prices to all parts of the world are not the same and although we try to keep the price to the flat rate charges, possible, destinations or heavy consignments will increase the cost.

How can I pay for goods and services over the web?

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Visa Electron, Solo and American Express accept Visa Electron or Solo via PayPal for purchases on this site.  Like any other shop we require full payment for all purchase and transport costs before goods can be released.

What is PayPal?

The fast, secure way to send and receive money.

For customers, it’s a faster, safer and more convenient way to pay for goods – because you don’t have to re-enter financial information every time you buy. You pay from your PayPal account (which is free to set up) which PayPal then ‘refills’ by drawing on their credit card, debit card or bank account. In this way you can pay quickly and easily without disclosing financial information.

Paying by Cheque

We accept company and personal cheques.  If you wish to pay by cheque, this will need to be cleared before we dispatch the goods. Please make your cheque payable to ‘Valley and Vale Community Arts’ and send it with your order to: Valley and Vale Community Arts, Sardis Media Centre, Heol Dewi Sant, Betws, Bridgend, CF32 8SU. If you pay by cheque it may take up to ten days to process and dispatch your order subject to stock availability. Please do not send cash or postal orders for mail order purchases.

Please ensure that we have a telephone contact number for you in case of any discrepancies.

Please remember to include the cost of postage for all orders processed via cheque and please add this to cost of your order.

Returns Policy

If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note for the product(s) if you return the goods, at your own expense, unopened, within 28 days of receiving your order. Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.

It is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer. You must follow our instructions for returning goods (see below).

Instructions for Returning Goods

Include the delivery note or a copy of your email invoice with the goods, and details about why you are returning the goods.
